A.  All of our jewelry is sourced from high quality hypoallergenic materials.  Our stainless steel is injected with chromium, which creates an invisible barrier from oils on this skin.  Our Sterling Silver is rated 925 and is made without nickle or lead which is prone to tarnish and discolor.

Q.  Can I return my necklace?

A.  Yes, all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and are subject to approval.
Sale items are not returnable. All orders must be in original packaging and original condition.

Q.  How do I return?
 

A.  Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your order
number and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation
email with instructions for your return.

Q.  Are there any charges for returns?

A.  There are no charges for return but original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are
responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Q.  How soon will I get my refund?

A.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment within 10 business days.
